Shipping Policy

We make every effort to ship our products in 1-2 business days, with exceptions to custom and wholesale orders.

We use Canada Post as our primary shipping agent and may change agents when Canada Post cannot fulfill the delivery. Once handed over to our shipping agent, a tracking number will be provided if applicable, and our shipping agent may estimate a delivery date.

Due to circumstances outside our control, we cannot be held liable for shipping delays and we do not offer a shipping guarantee date.

Once your order has been handed over to our shipping agent, we relinquish all responsibility for the shipping portion. If your order has been lost or stolen, contact us so that we may file a complaint on your behalf with our shipping agent.

On a case-by-case basis, if your order has been lost or stolen, and a complaint has been filed, we may take action to make the moment right, including but not limited to replacing your order at our expense. Subject to availability of a product, and processing times.
